1. Terms of Use
By accessing and using the PROSHARE ("the System"), you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions:
- Purpose — The System is provided by the Malaysia Productivity Corporation (MPC) for the purpose of measuring, analysing, and reporting on company productivity and compensation of employees (CE).
- Accurate Data — Users must provide accurate, complete, and truthful financial data. Submission of false or misleading information may result in disqualification from the programme.
- Account Security — Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials. Any activity under your account is your responsibility.
- Acceptable Use — The System may only be used for its intended purpose. Users must not attempt to access data belonging to other companies or interfere with the System's operation.
- Intellectual Property — All content, design, and calculations within the System are the intellectual property of MPC. Users may not reproduce or distribute system outputs without authorisation.
- Modifications — MPC reserves the right to modify these terms, the System's features, or to discontinue the System at any time with reasonable notice.
- Limitation of Liability — MPC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the System.
2. Personal Data Protection Notice (PDPA)
In accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (Act 709), MPC is committed to protecting your personal data.
2.1 Data Collection
We collect the following categories of information:
- Personal information (name, email, phone number, designation)
- Company information (name, registration number, sector, address)
- Financial data (revenue, costs, employee data) submitted through the PMS Calculator
- Digital signatures and company stamps for declarations
2.2 Purpose of Data Processing
Your data will be used solely for:
- Productivity measurement, analysis, and benchmarking
- Programme monitoring and reporting
- Communication regarding the programme (invitations, reminders, results)
- Generation of certificates and recognition awards
2.3 Data Protection
- Your data will not be shared, sold, or disclosed to any third party without your consent.
- MPC implements reasonable technical and organisational security measures to protect your data from loss, misuse, or unauthorised access.
- Access to company financial data is restricted based on role-based access control (RBAC).
2.4 Your Rights
You have the right to:
- Access your personal data held by MPC
- Request correction of inaccurate data
- Withdraw consent for data processing (which may affect your participation in the programme)
2.5 Data Retention
Your data will be retained for the duration of the programme and for a period of 7 years thereafter for audit and reporting purposes, in accordance with regulatory requirements.
